Returns & Exchanges

We believe in the beauty of our handcrafted pieces, and we want you to love them as much as we loved creating them. If a piece isn’t the perfect fit for your quiet moments, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be in the exact condition you received it—unworn, free of any scratches, and safely enclosed in its original Atelier Zhen packaging.

How to Start a Return Please simply email us at support@atelierzhen.com with your order number. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the exact shipping address. Please note: As a small independent studio, we currently ask that customers bear the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

Damages and Issues Every piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. However, if your jewelry arrives damaged or defective in transit, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right without hesitation.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Due to the highly personal and labor-intensive nature of our craft, custom-made pieces or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned piece, we will gently notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take a short time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please reach out to us at support@atelierzhen.com.
